It has been confirmed that Joe's character Al Large will return to DOC MARTIN in the next episode (4), due to be aired Monday, 15 October. He was not scheduled to appear in the first three episodes because he'd believed he'd be filming VINCENT, which unfortunately was not the case due to Ray Winstone getting a new job. In an interview with People, Joe talks about his relationship with his girlfriend Liz and his fourteen-month old daughter Lyla. He also discusses his old work, as well as news of some new: an episode of "Poirot". Article: Joe's What The Doctor Ordered Source: PeopleLabels: Doc Martin, interview, Liz, Lyla, Poirot
